Devin’s Retropie

I was making good progress before this switch it has been hard to do this at home but in any case I was at the point in downloading games onto the pie and trying to see if they work had some good success with nintendo 64 and older games but going into the PlayStation 1 era and newer the pie either slowed down significantly or just wouldn’t start the game at all I seen this with grand theft auto for the psp its frame rate was so slow it was going frame by frame and even changing some of the setting in the pie to help frame rate instead of graphics it still suffered horribly in certain games that already were designed for frame rate instead of graphics like Marvel’s rise of the imperfects the game ran slow but it was just fast enough to keep play even though the controls were very unresponsive. Some of the research I found showed that the pie 3 or 3b has some good hardware but can’t keep up with the newer games there are other emulators that don’t involve the pie that are good but beside that people hope that the pie 4 can help with performance for the retropie and hopefully it can run some of the newer games that is what I have so far in this project I will keep working and see if maybe I can find a game that is newer that works fairly well
