The Raspberry Pi “retro pi” project uses the program files to emulate games from older entertainment systems. This is an inexpensive way to enjoy older games that would require specific systems otherwise. All you need to recreate this project is a USB controller and connecting cables for the monitor or tv and raspberry pi.
I loved doing this as my project because it brought back memories for me and even my parents. Being able to boot up the old games that my parents even recognized. This Pi wasn’t the most difficult one to choose from it’s actually one of the easier ones to choose from. This project still had given me issues that I had to face head-on and problem-solve. If I were to do anything differently I would’ve chosen a different project and found something that was challenging to do.
