With all the different ideas for the Raspberry Pi project, I decided on choosing the Mine craft Pi project. This was an ideal project for me since I knew that I used to play this game all the time when I was younger.

The components of the Mine Craft Pi setup is: Raspberry Pi 3 B+, Mine Craft Pi, Raspberry Pi Case, 32 GB Micro SD Card, USB Micro SD Card Reader, HDMI Cable, Micro USB Power Supply, Keyboard, mouse.

When reflecting on the project, I still love to think how cool it is that the raspberry pi is so small. At the beginning of the semester, I had 0 idea of what I would be working with or doing especially when I heard about the raspberry pi. Once I was all set up with the borrowed raspberry pi & software needed I had a pretty smooth time getting raspbian installed and had fun building our classroom in something I could fit into my hand, I enjoyed every time hooking up the cables to something so small.

The initial setup and configuration for me was quite the process. I started a little late on the project and If I had to do anything differently next time, I would start earlier and would have maybe had time to make a whole Minecraft world. The testing process was the easy part because, for me, it was a blast to the past because I got to play Minecraft which I used to absolutely love doing. I’m happy I got to work with a game I love and learned a few things about software & setups.
